How to get our help

Bournemouth Housing Advice Service operates at Shelter’s advice centre on 30 Poole Hill, Bournemouth.

Our opening hours at the centre are 9am–5pm Monday–Friday.

It is possible to phone us on 0344 515 1400 or simply turn up at the centre to make an appointment for advice.

We also run our advice sessions at other venues so please call us to find out if there is one near you.

Outside opening hours you can get advice online by visiting shelter.org.uk or by calling Shelter’s free* housing advice helpline on 0808 800 4444, 8am to 8pm, seven days a week.
